About the Owner
Meet The Owner Renee Reynolds Martens
Renee started her career in the Beauty Industry in 2012. After attending the Robert Fiance Makeup Academy where she received her certification as a Fashion & Beauty Makeup Artist, she quickly started working in the field as a makeup artist for corporate print jobs in NYC.
In 2013 she started as a Freelance Bridal Makeup Artist for NJ and NYC bridal companies and quickly gained a full-time role as the Assistant to Executive Director of the Robert Fiance Beauty Schools. Working behind the scenes paved the way for her to be promoted to the Assistant Director of the Robert Fiance Makeup Academy where she ran the day to day operations of the school, assisted with teachings and ran the makeup retail store where she continued working until 2017. Upon her departure, Renee was seeking to receive further education, therefore she attended Middlesex County Vocational School and received her Cosmetology License. Upon graduation she received her Certification in Eyelash Extensions and quickly began as a Lash Artist while continuing education, In 2021, Renee started Martens Beauty & Lash Co in Watchung, NJ

LEAD MAKEUP ARTIST
Renee was Lead Makeup Artist for SM Global Catwalk for 6 seasons at NY Fashion Week where she lead a team of artists at several events and shows which included avante garde, contemporary, and modern fashion designers.
NY Runway Fashion Show
Owner of Martens Beauty Co., Renee on stage after a highly televised and publicized fashion show discussing the looks and work that happens backstage during a Fashion Show. This particular event incorporated a Charitable Event for Cancer Survivors allowing them the opportunity to experience the runway for themselves. Dressed in ball gowns and being glammed up back stage, they were walked down the runway accompanied by a runway model showing that fashion has no boundaries. This was one of the most heartwarming and amazing experiences I have ever had the pleasure to be a part of & am forever humbled because of it.
